Wellington's appeal for on-call firefighters
MORE firefighters are needed in the Wellington area, where the fire station is holding an open evening on Tuesday (November 27) for prospective on-call fire crews.
The fire service is looking for people in the community to be on-call and no previous experience is necessary – go to the station in North Street between 7pm and 9pm to find out more.
