Crops damaged in fire at Milverton farm
FIREFIGHTERS from Wellington and Wiveliscombe dealt with a combine harvester fire in Milverton this afternoon.
They were sent to the scene at Farthings Farm at around 3.15pm.
By the time they arrived, the machine was well alight and the flames had spread to nearby crops.
It took crews around an hour and a half to bring the fire under control.
