PARENTS at Oake and Bradford primary, which is due to welcome pupils from the soon-to-close Nynehead Primary School this September, have complained about the school’s proposed new name - Trinity Vale.
‘Trinity’ refers to the three settlements of Oake, Bradford and Nynehead while ‘Vale’ refers to the Vale of Taunton.

Whats their problem with the new name?
Typical fear-of-change because it's different.
Something more sensible like that there is the COE Trinity Primary School in the centre of Taunton with a very similar name?
or perhaps the religious connotation?
