Rotary Club of Minehead acknowledges youngsters' efforts

YOUNGSTERS’ achievements have been celebrated at an event hosted by the Rotary Club of Minehead.

It featured a presentation by students who had been involved in an exchange to Vendome in France earlier this year, about their experiences abroad.

The winners of the Rotary Water Rocket Competition and Rotary District Young Photographer Competition – Isaac Reeson – were handed awards.

Barrie Harban, club president, said: “It was a great evening and a pleasure to meet the students who have done so well in our national Rotary competitions.”

The club presented the youth activities planned for the coming year.
