Watchet Town Band seeks new members

A LONG-SERVING member of Watchet Town Band has called for new blood to come forward to keep the group going.

Richard Binding, who has played with the band for 60 years and celebrates his 70th birthday next month, made the call after membership numbers dwindled.

He said: “It would be terrible if the band had to fold.”
