BUSINESSES which provide work experience for students at Foxes Academy in Minehead have been treated to dinner to say thanks.
Youngsters studying for an NVQ in Hospitality prepared, cooked and served a three-course meal to 14 of the 25 businesses which help out.
Ben Graham, the academy’s vocational training and work experience programme manager, said: “We value highly the local businesses that support us. Working in partnership means that the employability of our learners is significantly increased, with a much smoother transition process once they have left Foxes Academy.”
