Rotary Young Writer Competition
YOUNG people in West Somerset are invited to enter the Rotary Young Writer Competition.
It is a three-stage competition – local, district and national – designed to support and encourage development of writing skills.
The competition is organised by The Rotary Club of Minehead and The Quantocks and is open to three age groups: seven- to ten-year-olds, 11- to 13-year-olds and 14- to 17- year-olds with the age qualifying date of August 31, 2014.
The suggested suitable length for submission is 500 words and they can be submitted through school or college or by emailing deliapaveling24@ btinternet.com
