TRAFFIC is slow and the road just passable after a crash on the A39 in Carhampton.
Police were called to at 10.06am the the crash near Withycombe Cross near Court Place Lane in Carhampton.
A spokesman for Avon and Somerset Police said: "We were called at 10.06am to reports of a crash on the straight stretch of road between Withycombe Cross and Court Place Lane in Carhampton after reports of a crash.
"It was a two car crash.
"One woman was very shaken by the incident but other occupants of the vehicles only suffered minor injuries and were being treated at the scene by the ambulance service.
"Highways were called after it was discovered one of the cars had a fuel leak.
"Highways are now in the process of recovering the vehicles."
