After five days, the A39 at Porlock Hill re-opens
PORLOCK Hill has re-opened after being closed for nearly five days because of the huge amounts of snowfall on Exmoor during Storm Emma.
Due to hilly landscape and rurality Exmoor was one of the worst hit areas over the past few days.
Snow clearance continues on some minor routs and motorists are still being urged to drive carefully when heading that way.
