The team behind the controversial ‘Minehead Bay’ logo is inviting ‘representatives from all Minehead-based community and social groups' to a presentation to explain more about Minehead Coastal Communities Team (MCCT)and the Enterprising Minehead project.

MCCT say the event will also explain how community groups and the public will be invited to get involved in planning for future seafront enhancements at the eastern end of Minehead’s promenade.

Cllr Roger Thomas, who chairs MCCT, said: “This is a great chance for community groups to get involved and help to start thinking about what they might like to see incorporated in designs, before we start wider community consultation in April.

“We hope to see you at The Beach Hotel at 6pm on March 26. Booking is essential as spaces are initially limited to two representatives from each community group, with the presentation being made available to share with your wider membership.”

Those interested in attending are asked to email mineheadcct@gmail.com stating your name and which group you represent.
