TWO people who allegedly entered a property and stole £500 with a claw hammer and a knife have pleaded not guilty to aggravated burglary.
A 47-year-old woman, a 21-year-old man both from Minehead and a 15-year-old boy, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, allegedly entered part of a building on Bircham Road in Minehead on March 12 and stole £500 while carrying a knife and a claw hammer.
The three were also charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm following an incident on March 11.
The 47-year-old woman and the 15-year-old boy appeared at Taunton Crown Court today (April 13) and denied the charges.
A man was also due to appear in court via video link from HMP Exeter to face a charge of aggravated burglary and a public order offence but his case has been adjourned until April 27.
A trial date has not yet been set.
