Driver dies after suffering heart attack in Minehead
A MAN died after suffering a suspected heart attack while driving in Minehead on Sunday (June 10).
The 47-year-old was driving along Bampton Street when the incident occurred, after which the vehicle was in collision with a wall at the junction with Selbourne Place at about 2am.
The driver was declared dead at the scene shortly afterwards.
Police are urging anyone who was in the area at the time to come forward to help with their enquiries.
Anyone with information should contact the collision investigation unit on the force number 101.
