Chimney fire in Preston Bowyer
A FIRE engine from Wiveliscombe was sent a chimney fire in Preston Bowyers.
Crews were called to reports of a fire at 3.21pm this afternoon.
On arrival, they confirmed this was a chimney fire and got to work rodding the chimney from the hearth.
Crews extinguished the fire by using chimney gear.
