FIRE: There has been a chimney fire on Wellington Road in Wellington
THERE has been a chimney fire in Wellington.
Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service were called at 6.20pm to reports of a chimney fire at a property on Wellington Road in Wellington.
A fire crew from Wellington attended and confirmed the fire was involving a wood burner.
The fire was extinguished using chimney gear and small tools from the hearth.
Duty of care was left with the occupiers of the property.
