A STAGGERING £4,900 was donated to the SURE campaign by Christine Cann and the staff at the Half Moon Inn at Stoke St Mary.
Christine spends a lot of her spare time organising fundraising events for the campaign, from bingo nights, race evenings, sponsored lottery balls and bake sales.
Christine and her brother Mike, landlord of the Half Moon, are training for the 50/50 bike ride in Taunton next month.
