WITH the summer now well underway more and more events are being organised in aid of SURE (Somerset Unit for Radiotherapy Equipment).
An extra £115 came into the campaign, backed by the County Gazette, last week, bringing the total now raised to £6,266.
Coming events include prize bingo at Donyatt Bowling Club this Friday at 7.30pm, and on Saturday a coffee morning is being held from 10.30am to noon at 26 Wellesley Park, Wellington.
On July 15 the Suzuki Violinists will be playing and collecting for SURE in Taunton's High Street from 11am to 12.15pm, and there will be prize bingo at Creech St Michael village hall at 7.30pm.
