TWO former Hamilton Green boxers, who emigrated to Australia last summer, have both excelled in the Queensland state championships held in Brisbane.
Flynn Sansom, who is 11 and used to attend Creech St Michael primary school, boxed his way to a silver medal.
His 15-year-old brother Harrison, a former student at Heathfield, reached the championships semi-finals only to be beaten by the overall winner.
The boys, who boxed for Hamilton for three years, now represent the Shamrock Boxing Gym in Maroochydore.
