AFTER a testing week which has seen Taunton Town draw at Winchester City and win late on at Didcot Town, the Peacocks host Bishops Cleeve at the Viridor Stadium tomorrow (ko 3pm).

Victory this weekend would be their third this season against the Mitres, having already beaten them twice on their own patch.

Town came away with a 1-0 victory in the FA Trophy second round courtesy of an Owen Irish winner, and beat them 5-1 in the league last month - Matt Buse, Matt Wright, Ross Staley, Owen Irish (again) and Jordan Rogers on the scoresheet for the visitors.

The Peacocks are third in the standings, one point off Tiverton in second, while Bishops Cleeve are 13th.

Town boss Leigh Robinson told the club website after the Didcot win: "A thrilling win in the circumstances and outstanding 'never say die' attitude from the players coming from a goal down twice, then ignoring the missed penalty to go on and get the winner.

"Winning a game in that fashion at this time of year is better than rocking up and winning easily, and I'm sure we'll get more from it than just three points in terms of belief and spirit moving forwards when we go behind in games.

"Some really good individual performances, but Craig Veal was absolutely terrific and a real threat all night."
