WELLINGTON AFC finally returned to action following recent postponements, and claimed a 3-1 home win over Chipping Sodbury Town to climb to 15th place in the Premier Division table.
Sam Towler - who turned down a move to Bridgwater last week - was on the scoresheet for the hosts, alongside Tom Ellis and man of the match Conor Bryant.
This Saturday sees the Tangerines make the short trip to Bridgwater Town for a Les Phillips Cup tie (ko 3pm).

Corsham Town 2, Bishops Lydeard 0
BISHOPS Lydeard's good recent run of form came to a halt on Saturday, as they slipped to a 2-0 defeat at Corsham Town.
Mark Cornish saw red for two bookings, and Lydeard sit ninth in the league table.
Lydeard go to Bitton on Saturday, also in the Les Phillips Cup (ko 3pm).
