SOMERSET are in a really strong position as they begin day two of their County Championship against Worcestershire at the County Ground today (10.30am).

Yesterday Pakistani spinner Abdur Rehman took 9-65 as the visitors were dismissed for 212.

Then openers Marcus Trescothick (66 not) and Arul Suppiah (73 not) combined for an unbeated first wicket stand of 142 in 36 overs.
