RUNNING: Urwin completes 62 mile race

DAVE Urwin of the Running Forever Running club completed the Norfolk Coastal Ultra – a 62 mile out and back race from Kelling Heath to Brancaster on a route which included both shingle and sandy beach.

Dave performed exceptionally to come 28th out of 98 finishers in 12hr 30m.

Paul Thomas ran the multi-terrain Castle Cary 10k coming 61st out of 124 finishers in 57m 18s.
