CRICKET: Twenty entries for Baker Cup CRICKET: Twenty entries for Baker Cup

TWENTY sides have entered the 2012 Herbert Baker Memorial Knockout Cup and its complementary competition, the Terry Mockridge Memorial Knockout Shield, writes David Derrick.

New and returning entrants for the 75th successive running of Taunton's own 20/20 competition include Middlezoy, North Curry and Taunton St Andrews B.

Entries are now closed and attention will soon fall on the competition's AGM at Taunton Vale Sports Club on Wednesday, March 28 at 7.30pm.

All participating clubs are asked to be represented at the meeting.
