WELLINGTON School pupils have once again excelled at making the County Hockey squads this season.
Five girls and seven boys have been selected to represent Somerset in the JAC, representing a tremendously successful season for Wellington.
Pupils were selected across the age ranges and there was a good split of girls and boys.
Girls: Under-14s Issy Piper; under-16s Cerys Lee, Imogen Hughes; under-17s Charlotte Galley, Emma Gibbins.
Boys: under-14s Dominic Cowie, Ruach Schofield; under-15s Ethan Cole, Oliver Steeden; under-16s Edward Peachey, Ollie Rowe; under-17s Angus Hunter.
“Wellington School is extremely proud of this outstanding result from all the pupils,” said Director of Sport and Wellbeing, Steffan Jones.
“Hockey is a strong tradition at Wellington, and we are proud to maintain this standard of excellence.”
