TOMORROW'S (Wednesday) race meeting at Taunton will definitely go ahead, in spite of heavy rain over the weekend.
The course's drainage has coped well and the six race card gets underway at 1.40pm, with a generous £42,000 on offer in prize money, as well as another thrilling afternoon of national hunt action.
Bob Young chief executive at Taunton races said: "We are delighted to be able to confirm that it will be business as usual on Wednesday and look forward to another great days racing."
