VIVARY Golf Club Ladies Section were finally back out on the course with no rain or snow to stop play, with their Stableford competition being won by Ange Tinnion.

For the new golfing season the section has organised a series of friendly ‘Ladies Only’ practice sessions, which will run once or twice a month on Fridays (9.30am-10.15am).

It is hoped this will encourage new ladies to come along and gain confidence playing the game, by joining in with some of the existing members.

The section is a small and friendly group who enjoy a good social side to their golf.

They play every Wednesday and Friday and welcome new lady members, beginners and ladies wanting to improve.
