WELLINGTON Swords' young fencers have enjoyed more success at major competitions.
In Bristol a round of the Leon Paul Junior Series was held attracting a large number of fencers from all over the country at a very high standard of fencing.
Olivia Savage fought excellently, beating the No1 seed in the semi-final, and the No2 seed in the final to win the gold medal in the under 11 foil competition.
At the same event Naomi Fielder won the bronze medal in the Under-13 girls.
Meanwhile Jessica Gundry continued her excellent series of results by entering the Slough Open competition.
