Taunton Town face two away games in the next four days in their quest for points to climb the Evo-Stik Southern League table.

Today the Peacocks make the relatively short jaunt to Mangotsfield United, kick-off 3pm, and then on Tuesday travel to title favourites Poole Town, kick-off 7.45pm.

Today's game is another vital fixture against a side that rest one place and one point above Town in the table.

Manager Leigh Robinson said: “Mangotsfield is a game we feel confident we can win. With key players returning we will be going there pretty much full strength." Town fought out a 2-2 draw with the Bristol club at Wordsworth Drive earlier this month.

Poole also claimed a point at the Drive back in August following a 1-1 draw in which Simon Ingram scored a late equaliser. Since then they have gone on to enjoy a fruitful season and are in pole position for promotion to the Southern Premier.

Centre half Ben Mammola returns to the squad after completing his suspension.
