SIX-year-old Millie Blight completed her tenth Longrun Meadown parkrun yesterday.

Millie, who was running with her father Mark, ran a personal best time of 35m 27s.

At the other end of the scale Ben Tull raced through the mist to finish first in 17m 54s.

Second was Marcus Albano in 18m 46s followed closely by Graham Bell who took third place in 18m 53s.

First woman home was Hannah Taunton of Taunton AC, (for the 21st time), in 19m 13s with Caroline Norris second in 20m 31s and Jenny Miles of Taunton AC third in 21m 22s.

There was a total of 286 runners, including 34 first timers, 101 of whom recorded personal bests.

Fourteen different athletic clubs were represented including Running Forever RC (27), The Peacock Firm (8), Taunton AC (7), Quantock Orienteers (2), Quantock Harriers (2), Musgrove Park Hospital Harriers (2) and Hydro Harriers.
