It was their third consecutive straight-sets victory in the competition, having beaten Hui Min Huang and Zhenzhen Zhu of China 6-2 6-0 in the quarter-finals, and Kanako Domori and Mie Fukazawz (Japan) 6-0 6-0 in the last four.
Shuker and Kamiji had met in the quarter-finals of the women's singles, with the Japanese player triumphing 6-1 6-3.
It makes for a good start to 2018 for Shuker, ahead of the first Grand Slam of the season - the Australian Open in Melbourne (January 24-27).
