Taunton have appointed Jon Hunt as their new team manager.
Hunt, 34, this week said he is looking forward to the new challenges which lie ahead at Hyde Park.
He has previously been head coach at Bath Spa University RFC and Tor RFC, while he has also been the forwards and scrum coach at Millfield School, near Street.
Team manager in rugby is not the same as in football. Hunt will help the coaches on training and match days, as well as logistics, kit and transport requirements and general player well being.
Coach Tony Yapp said: “We're pleased to have Jon join our team.
“He’s an experienced Level Two coach with a glowing CV of related sporting qualifications.”
Hunt added: “I am pleased to be joining the dynamic and ambitious coaching team at Taunton Titans.”
A head injury saw Hunt’s own playing career cut short.
