FOOTBALL: Taunton Town in FA Trophy action
AFTER their all too brief foray in this season’s FA Cup competition, Taunton Town will be aiming for a better run in the FA Trophy which begins for them tomorrow with a visit to Frome Town, kick-off 3pm.
The Peacocks will face a stern test at Frome who were promoted to the Evo-Stik League Premier Division last season and have made a solid start.
An incentive for the winners will be prize money of £2,550.
Ben Mammola returns to the squad after missing the midweek game at Tiverton but Simon Ingram remains a doubt.
The participation of new signing Andy Robertson depends on the healing of his head injury sustained in the win over Swindon Supermarine on Saturday.
