Wellington manager Jamie Ward is looking to add to two players to his squad ahead of their home game with Cheddar tomorrow (3pm).

Ward said: “We have some nice players at the club but we need to learn how to see out games and for that we need a bit more experience.”

Wellington’s poor run continued with a 3-1 defeat by Corsham in the first division of the Toolstation league at the Playing Field last Saturday.

It was Ward’s first home game in charge and, after a pair of odd-goal away defeats, there was cause for optimism with much of their play.

But points are what is needed at the moment and the Tangerines will be hoping to complete an early season double over newly-promoted Cheddar.
