TAUNTON Town have signed defender Arran Pugh after his release by Truro City, who he captained in the National League South last season.
The Peacocks announced four new arrivals yesterday, with Pugh representing the club's fifth signing of the summer and the fourth to arrive at the Viridor Stadium from Truro, following in the footsteps of Ryan Brett, Les Afful and Ben Adelsbury.

Pugh led the Cornish side to 19th in the sixth tier last season and has also played for Dorchester Town.
The news rounds off a positive week for the Peacocks, who are looking to build a squad capable of earning promotion after their play-off heartbreak last time out.
