TAUNTON Town captain Matt Wright expressed his frustration with his side's 1-1 draw with Beaconsfield Town in the FA Trophy yesterday, which means the Peacocks must travel to Buckinghamshire for the replay tomorrow (Monday, ko 7.45pm).

After a very positive first half, where Dan Sullivan gave the Peacocks the lead, their performance dropped off in the second half and Dan Brown struck a late equaliser, and the replay means the home game with Wimborne Town in the league, which had been set for Tuesday, will be rescheduled.

Wright said: "We're disappointed, because I think we were comfortable, but we've got to go again on Monday.

"They changed formation early in the second half, and they had more of the ball in midfield, but I don't think they really threatened us.

"[The replay is] a game we don't need, especially with the 48-hour turnaround and pushing the Wimborne game back.

"There'll probably be changes because of the quick turnaround, some players might have work, and I think Sully [Dan Sullivan] picked up a knock today."

There were positives on the pitch, with Sullivan and Ben Palmer among those to perform well, and off the pitch too - league rivals Salisbury and Bristol Manor Farm both dropping points.

Wright had special words of praise for his strike partner Sullivan, saying: "I'm enjoying it at the moment with Sully up front.

"He's switched on, he works hard and he's got some nice touches.

"He's scoring quite a few already, and he seems to be the missing piece in the puzzle for us - he's been brilliant."
