TAUNTON Town welcome Cinderford Town to the Viridor Stadium tonight (ko 7.45pm), aiming to add to their 10-point advantage at the top of the Evo-Stik Southern League West standings.

This game - rescheduled from November 25 due to a clash with the Peacocks' FA Trophy match with Concord Rangers - is still set to go ahead despite the cold weather, and manager Leigh Robinson is expected to name a strong side.

That's despite Bognor Regis Town visiting Taunton on Saturday for the next round of the Trophy - the first time the Peacocks have played a first round proper match in the competition since 1981.

Robinson has maintained throughout the season that the league (i.e. promotion) is his first priority, and so there are unlikely to be many changes from last Saturday's emphatic win over Salisbury for tonight's game.

Cinderford, remarkably, have drawn their past seven matches, and they sit 15th in the table.

Taunton do not expect to have to make a pitch inspection ahead of kick-off, but the County Gazette will bring any updates ahead of the match if the situation changes.
