PALMER Richard Jeffrey (Rick) passed away in Hospital on 28th August 2018, aged 72 years, dearly loved husband of Chris and much loved dad Christian & daughter-in-law Jan. The funeral service has taken place. Donations if desired in Rick's memory for the R.N.L.I. may be sent to E White & Son Ltd., Funeral Directors, 138/139, East Reach, Taunton TA1 3HN.
