CHANDLER Patricia Of Creech Heathfield, passed away peacefully at St Margaret's Hospice, Taunton on 10th December 2018, aged 75 years. A dearly loved wife, mum and nan who will be greatly missed by all who knew her. A service to celebrate and give thanks for Pat's life will be held at Taunton Deane Crematorium on Thursday 20th December at 2pm Please wear colourful attire, Pat would have wanted that.
