BROOKS Patrick John 23rd August 1940 27th November 2020 Passed peacefully away at Home on Friday 27th November 2020, Aged 80 years. Loving Husband, Father And Grandad held close for always. The funeral service will take place at Taunton Deane Crematorium on 10th December 2020 at 2pm. Family flowers only, in lieu of flowers donations to St Margarets Hospice Somerset are requested.
