CURTIS Hazel Anne of Wellington, passed away peacefully at Musgrove Park Hospital with her family by her side on the 12th November 2021, aged 67 years. Haze will be forever missed by her husband Mike, loving children Simon, Alan, Tony, Darren, Vicki and Daniel, along with all her grandchildren and great grandchildren and all her other family and many friends. A celebration of Hazel's life will be held at Taunton Deane Crematorium on Wednesday 1st December at 12:00noon. Family flowers only please. Donations in memory of Haze if desired to the Dorset Air Ambulance, which may be left outside the chapel in the donation box or made online through the Quantock Funeral Services website or forwarded to : Quantock Funeral Services 10 Fore Street, Wellington.
