PARKES, Clive Jean would like to thank everyone for their cards, calls and kind messages of condolence and for the very generous and kind donations left in Clive's memory for Dementia UK. Thank you to everyone that attended on the 25th May 2021 and watched the service on the video created. Thank you to the staff at Oake Meadows Care Home and in particular Hannah & Kevin for their considerable empathy and kindness. Thank you to Reverend Mark Hurley for a "Clived" service and the use of the beautiful St Mary's Church in Bishops Lydeard. Thank you to Matt and Katy at Quantock Funeral Services for your invaluable support, guidance, and professionalism prior, during and after the service. Please accept this acknowledgement as the family's deepest gratitude for everyone's support during this most difficult of time
