COOK, Daniel (Dan) Louise and family would like to thank everyone who attended Dan's funeral service on Monday the 28th of June and for the cards and messages of sympathy. Thank you also for the kind and generous donations to the Stroke Association. We also extend our thanks to paramedic Sandy and her colleague from the Somerset Ambulance Service for their kind and caring nature and for all they did for dad. Matt, Katy and the Team at Quantock funeral services,You have been amazing through this very sad time. The goodbye you gave my Dad could not have been any better. Thank you for your care, your continuous support and kindness. So professional, the service you provided was so personal and you went over and beyond for us x Please accept this as an acknowledgement of our Thanks
