Notice is hereby given that the County Council of Somerset has made an Order under Sections 1, 2, 4, 32, 35,45,46,49, 53, and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be as previously advertised on the 31st January 2019, with the exception of the proposals at Church Road, Trull, Trendle Road/Newbarn Park Road, Comeytrowe. If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it has not been compiled with in relation to the Order you may, within six weeks from the 30* May 2019.
