Notice is hereby given that Somerset West and Taunton Council have determined that the maximum fees specified in the Act should be as follows:
Hackney Carriage Vehicle Licence

A copy of this Notice will, during normal office hours, be open to public inspection without payment at the offices of the Council for a period of twenty eight (28) days from the date of publication of this notice.
Any objection to the above variation, together with the grounds on which they are made, should be submitted in writing to the Licensing Lead at the address below or by email to enauiries(5)somersetwestandtaunton.aov.uk within a period of twenty eight (28) days from the date of this notice.
The proposed fees (with or without modification as decided after consideration of any objections received) will come into force on 1 April 2020.
