Temporary Closure of Various Roads, Beaminster

DORSET COUNCIL has made an Order under Section 14 [1] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended. All vehicles will be prohibited from proceeding along Various Roads Beaminster. The Order is needed in orderto comply with health and safety regulations, which require the provision of safe working areas and to minimise the likelihood of danger to highway users. It will come into operation on 27 April 2020 and will remain in force for 18 months, however it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 13 May 2020. The road will be open outside of these times, and also over the weekend. Please note that the dates are a window of opportunity, and the road may not be closed for the whole duration stated above. The closure is also weather dependant. This Order will enable Dorset Council to carry out surface dressing works with various forms of traffic management as indicated by signs on site which will include either road closures with local diversions in place or with temporary speed restrictions of 10mph to facilitate convoy working. It will come into operation on 4 May 2020 and will remain in force for 18 months, however it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 12 May 2020. The road will be open outside of these times, and also over the weekend. Please note that the dates are a window of opportunity, and the road may not be closed for the whole duration stated above. The closure is also weather dependant. It will come into operation on 30 April 2020 between 0800 and 1700 and will remain in force for 18 months, however it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 15 May 2020. The road will be open outside of these times, and also over the weekend. Please note that the dates are a window of opportunity, and the road may not be closed for the whole duration stated above. The closure is also

weather dependant.

DORSET COUNCIL intend, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14 [1] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended. All vehicles will be prohibited or restricted from proceeding along Various Roads, Halstock. The Order is needed in orderto comply with health and safety regulations which require the provision of safe working areas and to minimise the likelihood of danger to highway users. It will come into operation on 11 May 2020 and will remain in force for 18 months and can be extended with the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport if necessary; however, it is anticipated thatthe works will be completed by 25 May 2020. The road will be open outside of these times and also over the weekend. Please note that the dates are a window of opportunity and the road may not be closed for the whole duration stated above. The closure is also weather dependant. Even though the dates above coincide, only one road will be closed at any onetime.
