Parish of Taunton Temporary Closure of Footway Between Normandy Drive And Upper Holway Road With Various Links
TAKE NOTICE that in pursuance of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, the County Council of Somerset have made an Order PROHIBITING ALL PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC from proceeding along the Footway Between Normandy Drive And Upper Holway Road With Various Links for a total distance of approximately 267 metres. This order will enable Somerset Highways to carry out structural maintenance work in the footway between Upper Holway Road & Normandy Drive. The Order becomes effective on 20 August 2020 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 24th August 2020 until 1 st September 2020 between the hours of (00:00 - 23:59) for a total of 9 days.
