Any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of David John Gowlett deceased Late of The Lugger, 30 West Street, Chickerell, Weymouth Dorset DT3 4DY who died on the 26.6.2013 is required to send particulars thereof to Mustoe Shorter of 6 ? 7 Frederick Place Weymouth Dorset DT4 8HQ no later than two months from the date of publication of this notice after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the Estate having regard only to valid claims and interests of which he has had notice and will not, as respects the propertyso distributed, be liable to anyperson ofwhose claim he shall not then have had notice.
