Temporary Closure of Village Road
TAKE NOTICE that in pursuance of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, the County Council of Somerset propose to make an Order PROHIBITING ALL TRAFFIC from proceeding along Village Road for a distance of approximately 151 metres. This order will enable Wessex Water to carry out new connection works.
The Order becomes effective on 26 November 2020 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 30th November 2020 until 4th December 2020 between the hours of (00:00 - 23:59) for a total of 5 days.
