Somerset County Council District of Sedgemoor Church Lane, Axbridge Parish of Compton Bishop Temporary Prohibition of Vehicles Notice is hereby given that on the 8* January 2021 Somerset County Council made the above order in exercise of its powers in the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as previously advertised on the 29th December 2020 to introduce a temporary prohibition of vehicles in the road specified in the Schedule to this Order. The Order comes into effect on the 12"1 January 2021 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The restriction will apply when indicated by traffic signs.

Statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order

a) because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road; or



b) because of the likelihood of danger to the public, or of serious damage to the road, which is not attributable to such works.
