SOMERSET COUNTY COUNCIL DISTRICT OF SOUTH SOMERSET PARISH OF TATWORTH AND FORTON Temporary Closure of Footpath CH 5/10 TAKE NOTICE that in pursuance of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, the County Council of Somerset propose to make an Order PROHIBITING ALL TRAFFIC from proceeding along Footpath CH 5/10 from Fore Street at Waterlake in a south easterly direction for approximately 350 metres to its junction with footpath CH 5/11 at Kent's Cottages whilst gas main upgrade works are taking place. The Order will come into effect on 25 January 2021 and will remain in force for six months although the path is only likely to be closed for seven weeks.
