Temporary Closure of Cheats Road, Taunton
Somerset County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Cheats Road for a distance of 240 metres. This Order will enable Utilities Services Ltd to replace telecoms on behalf of BT Openreach. The Order becomes effective on 18 February 2021 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 23rd February 2021 until 25th February 2021 between the hours of (09:30 -15:30) for a total of 3 days. Please visit
